FAQ

  • Is shipping including in the quote?
    No, the shipping cost is not included for custom orders. However, we do offer free shipping for products sold on our Etsy.
  • What is the shipping time frame?
    Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of completion of the order.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States. International shipping is accepted on case by case basis.
  • Can I return my custom order?
    Returns are not accepted for custom orders. The beauty of our work is the product(s) you receive is tailored to your aesthetic and design and thus cannot be resold.
  • How does the CS ordering process work?
    Head to the Order Inquiry Form and fill out the form with as much information as you can provide about your order and the design. CS will take a look at your submission and get back to you within 3-5 business days to set up a meeting (email, video conferencing, etc.) to discuss further the details of the design, pricing, and estimated completion date of the order. We will send you a contract package to review that includes a price estimate and the CS Services Agreement. A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is required for us to begin working on a design mock-up. Once all paperwork is signed and the design is finalized with your approval, we will take it from here! Depending on the size of the order, we strive to accomplish a 2-3 week turnaround time.
  • Can I change my design after I signed the CS contract?
    Unfortunately, no. Your signature on the CS contract indicates your approval of the final version of the design and no changes can be made after this point. We will work with you to make sure the design, placement, etc. is how you envisioned before it is sent to print. If we find there are minor issues with the design that affects the final look of the product, then we will contact you about any changes.
